COMPLETE ASPHALT REMOVAL & REPLACEMENT MAY BE THE BETTER OPTION IF YOU NOTICE THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS:

  • More than 25-30% of your pavement needs to be repaired

  • The foundation is unstable

  • Your pavement is more than 20 years old

  • There are cracks in your pavement that are over 1/4" wide

  • There are cracks in your pavement that are a few inches deep

If you are experiencing one or more of the problems listed above, there is a good chance you will need a complete Asphalt Removal & Replacement. It could also mean you have problems with the subbase under your current asphalt. If these problems aren't corrected, your asphalt driveway, parking lot or road will continue to deteriorate. When this happens, you can count on Heritage Asphalt Paving to create a paved surface that will last for many years to come.

OUR GOAL WITH EVERY PROJECT IS TO GIVE YOU THE RESULTS YOU WANT, THE QUALITY YOU EXPECT & THE SERVICE YOU DESERVE.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

Often clients need new asphalt installation for a new driveway or parking lot, a new turnaround, additional parking for a second vehicle, or for recreation. This procedure is called new construction, or new asphalt installation. We will evaluate the site for drainage, contours and other variables that might effect the installation. Next is base preparation, paving and compaction of the asphalt to a predetermined thickness depending on the customers traffic load.
